Your family member will enjoy modern comforts and safety at an affordable price at our pet resort. We believe the physical and emotional health of your pet are our primary responsibilities. Every dog gets country walk every day appropriate to their age, health, and breed. In the evenings we visit with every dog and give them another opportunity to run around the gravel run, go to the bathroom or just burn a little extra energy. Then we give a suitable treat before lights-out.
Society has learned a lot about infectious disease, things that give rise to outbreaks and reasons why 1000’s of kennels are closed every year. Recently, El Paso City closed a shelter amid an outbreak of Viral Distemper and Strep Zoo until changes could be made and the facilities could be sanitized. Because we know what causes infectious disease transmission in dogs, we use ONLY stainless steel bowls with chemical resistant rubber bases, chemical resistant- chew resistant sling dog beds, clean ALL surfaces with Rescue daily, and deep clean using a bleach solution between reservations. We sweep and clean every kennel every day to ensue dog waste never builds up.
The second most hazardous condition in dog boarding is inedible components used in doggie kennels but a dog manages to eat it anyway. Dog beds are probably the single most commonly chewed item in the industry. Our dog beds are all metal construction without toxic treatments and the comfy dog sling is completely surrounded by untreated dog safe metal. We sanitize all dishes and bowls and beds with Rescue. We also use a state of the art water filter and purification system so pups drink high quality water, minimizing stress and speeding acclimation. FAQs
